Q: Why would I not just use one of the cheap or free download programs to do this?

A: Yes you could but then you will make mistakes and have to do rerun after rerun to get a result and then be frustrated with the poor quality of the slideshow.  Remember we have made the mistakes and learnt from them and our program is much more sophisticated than any freebie.  So why not eliminate the frustration and the wasted time. Come to us first

Q: Will the process reduce the quality of the photos?

A: NO. We will return the photos exactly as we received them   Unfortunately we cannot enhance the quality either.  But remember we can scan your printed photos (Colour and Black & White) to give you a more up to date memory Yes we will return them

Q:  Can I have a particular musical background?

A: Yes if you supply the CD  (of course we will return it ) we will use your music   If you have a particular artist or song that you have a CD for maybe we have it as well Just let us know and we will help if we can    If you want just a generic style (Say Classical or Country or Whatever ) then maybe we will have it available

Q: Can I have more than one copy of the DVD?

A: Yes we can supply as many as you want. There will be an additional charge which we can discuss with you direct
